German circus poster

I never really considered clowns to be scary but here's some evidence to back up those who do:

The angle, looking up as though he is towering over the viewer, not the best choice in my opinion. The over use of black doesn't help either. Not the best name either, Google translate says that Kunterbunt means motley, checkered, indiscriminate, piecemeal...

Sculpture discovery

Once again I find amazing art stuffed into every corner, this time a gem of Art Nouveau sculpture.

This is in the corner of a church parking lot. Not sure what the connection could be but there it is. It's dated 1914 - 1918 and the title is Den Deutschen Luftschiffern. A German friend says it refers to not only the German airforce but the Zeppelin section of the airforce. Yet another reason to like it. I thought it might have been a parachute he was working on, perhaps Zeppelin fabric? Its signed V. H. Seifert, which appears to be Victor Heinrich Seifert.

Fahrrad in the city

One the runway of Tempelhof airport.
Some people here have names for their bike, such is the strong bike culture. I thought, as its black and white and a bit rough around the edges, Skunkworks was appropriate :)
